Our Services

Initial Consultation (45–60 minutes)

Your first dietitian consultation includes a comprehensive review of your nutrition, medical history, lifestyle, and current eating habits. During this appointment, we will discuss your health concerns, nutrition goals, and any challenges you may be experiencing.

Based on this assessment, you will receive clear, practical, evidence-based nutrition advice tailored to your individual needs. A personalised nutrition plan will be developed to support your goals, along with helpful resources and strategies to make implementing dietary changes achievable and sustainable.

Review Consultations (30-45 minutes)

Follow-up appointments focus on supporting your progress and refining your plan. During these sessions, we will review outcomes, monitor improvements, address any challenges, and adjust your nutrition strategies as needed to ensure they remain practical, effective, and aligned with your goals.

Meal Planning Consultation (30 mins)

This session is designed to help you create a practical weekly meal plan tailored to your lifestyle, taste preferences, and budget. Together, we will plan balanced main meals and snacks that support your nutrition goals and fit into your routine.

During the appointment, we will collaborate to design your weekly plan. After the session, your dietitian will refine the plan and email you a finalised copy of your personalised meal plan, along with practical tips to support easy meal preparation.

We support patients with chronic conditions through GP Management Plans (EPC) or Chronic Disease Management (CDM)

NDIS & DVA Nutrition Support

Dietitian Cherub provides tailored nutrition support for NDIS participants and eligible DVA clients. Services may include but are not limited to meal planning, feeding support, texture-modified diets, weight management, chronic disease management, and education for participants, carers, and support workers.

We deliver care in clinic or via telehealth, and work collaboratively with your GP and healthcare team to support your individual goals.

For NDIS participants, we support plan-managed and self-managed funding. Please note that we are not registered providers, so NDIA-managed funding cannot be used.

For DVA clients, eligible Gold Card and White Card holders may access fully funded consultations with a valid referral.
